Movie Review - A Snow White Return

Mirror Mirror, a fantasy or science fiction movie that was re-write by melissa wallack based on “snow white” by Brothers Grimm. This movie directed by Tarsem Singh and produced by Ryan Kavanaugh, Bernie Goldman, Brett Ratner, and Kevin Misher. The music created by Alan Menken and this movie edited by Robert Duffy and Nick Moore. It was distributed by Relativity Media 20^th Century Fox Home Entertainment. This great movie released at March 30, 2012. The duration of this movie is 106 minutes. Mirror Mirror movie starred by many popular actors and actrees. Julia Roberts act as the Queen named Clementianna, Sean Bean as the King, Lily Collins as Snow White, Armie Hammer as Prince Alcott, Nathan Lane as Brighton, Mare Winningham as Baker Margareth, Michael Lerner as Baron, and the seven gnome. This movie success to be a nominator of 2012 Teen Choice Awards as scince fiction movie and Lily Collins success to be the best movie actrees.

Mirror Mirror movie, re-tell a snow white story, but there are many different scene that you can whatch from this movie. In this movie, Snow White should defeat a beast that sent by Clementianna from her black magic with a golden dagger as a parting gift from her father. Clementianna has a magic mirror that can give her an advice or something like that. This mirror can work if Clementianna say the words “mirror mirror on the wall...” and the mirror become water and Clementianna can enter to that mirror. When she enter the mirror, she’s already at a magic place and she can talk to her reflection in the magic mirror. But, the goodness always can defeat a badness. When Clementianna try to kill Snow White with a poisionous apple, Snow White ordered Clementianna who masquirade to be an old woman to eat the apple first. This movie use very simple dialog so, everyone can understand what does this movie mean. The lighting, sound, music, and the special effect are very wonderful. The setting also very suitable for the story and the special effect look so natural.

            In my opinion, this movie is too much if we compare with the reality because it is science fiction but, this movie has a magnet with it’s good story and it’s also more modern than “snow white” first written. This movie very recomended to watched by teenager and it is very worth it to watch. I guarantee you will not regret it if you watch this movie. Because this movie was not showing at the movie theatre again, you can find it in a store, movie rental or you can download it in the internet or maybe you can ask me to copied this movie, because i have it in my PC :) enjoy the movie!
